This delightful New Year postcard features a rectangular silk center showing a pretty young girl holding a bouquet of flowers. The background is beige with a crinkled effect. There are many gilt flowers a a gilt frame around the silk picture. The name Mabel is written neatly at the bottom right corner. There are some slight imperfections to the woven silk picture. I believe they are from the manufacturing process and do not detract.

The back of the card is addressed and mailed. There is no message. There is a Ben Franklin one-cent stamp and a cancellation mark, which is mostly unreadable. 1907 is all I can make out. This vintage card is in excellent condition with only very slight corner bumping.

This unique card will be a wonderful addition to any collection.
