This Fourth of July postcard features a young girl in red, white and blue Edwardian attire. She is holding a pole with a wreath at the top and a large paper lantern. This exceptional card also depicts fire crackers. The border, message and fire cracker stars are all done in gilt.
The reverse of this card has a long message covering the entire card. It is dated July 3, 1911. This delightful card is designated as Fourth of July Series No. 5. This postcard is in very good vintage condition with slightly bumped corners and random darkening of the gilt border.
