This Lady Liberty postcard shows her reclining in front of an American flag, which she is holding. There is an eagle with its wings spread in front of her. It is a gel card and has a number of issues. The gel is cracked in a number of places, there are several crease and corner bumping.
I am listing this fabulous card AS IS. It will be a great card to scan or used in scrapbooking. Special enough to add to any collection.
The back of the card is not nearly as soiled and discolored as my picture makes it appear. This card was published by Illustrated Postal Card Co., New York and Germany. It also bears the number 151-4.
The card has a written message and address. The stamp has been removed. The postal mark is from California and is dated April 6, 1911.
