This postcard depicts Judge Roy Bean (The Law West of the Pecos) holding court at the old town of Langtry, Texas in 1900. He is trying a horse thief. This building was a courthouse and a saloon. There were no other peace officers in the locality at that time. This card is unused and in very good condition. There is some ink residue on the back where it must have come in contact with another card before the ink was dry Does not really detract from this really nice card.
I will be happy to combine purchases to save on shipping costs. International orders are always welcome.
