This cookbook was copyrighted by the Evaporated Milk Association in 1931. It contains 30 pages and is full of information and recipes using evaporated milk. There are many illustrations done in navy, teal, and orange--quite striking. There are many mousse recipes, along with salad and sauce recipes. This book is in excellent condition with no creases, tears, or soiling. My goodness--it is over 75 years old!
