Larger 2 1/8" open worked swirl of woven textured metal. Very three dimensional, lifts up and away from the base. Matching clip on earrings are one inch in diameter. Ca., 1960's and are in very good condition. Has a sophisticated and classic style. There is a cartouche but, the manufacturer's mark is illegible. Has the look of "60's Trifari Basket weave pieces.
