This is a terrific piece set in an open work Silver frame. It is marked Silver, indicating a lesser Silver content than Sterling and probably of 1930's Chinese manufacture. The Clear cut glass pagoda is set into the blace glass yet the face of the stone revealing both colored pieces is smooth.
Difficult to describe this workmanship but, it is wonderful.
The setting is a double scalloped open work design. Delicate and original chain, bail and clasp. 16" inch chain and the pendant is 1 1/2 inches. Very good condition.
