Spectacular Size 8 Bebe Jumeau 19 Inch French Bisque Doll

Here she is, one of those "it" girls you see and can't stop thinking about! This beautiful French girl is a classic Tete Jumeau with an amazing face, all dressed up for a fancy party. She has excellent pale bisque with no damage, hairlines or repairs. Her stunning original blue paperweight eyes were reset as some point. She has multi-stroke eyebrows, lushly painted upper and lower lashes, evenly blushed cheeks, pierced ears with mother of pearl type earrings, dimpled chin and philtrum, and closed mouth with delicately outlined lips. Her pale yellow antique blonde mohair wig covers a cork pate and has an abundance of curls that frames her face nicely. Her original fully jointed wood and compo body is in good condition having most of its original finish, with the exception of some subtle touch up to the hands, hips, and feet. She is marked on her head, "Depose Tete Jumeau 8" and her lower back is stamped, "Bebe Jumeau." Her frothy pink antique dress is silk with lots of lace. It has a few places where the silk is shattered, but still presents wonderfully. Her antique hat is a dream in ecru ruffled lace, and this bebe even has original size 8 Jumeau shoes! She is very special!
