PURE & SIMPLE...Barely off-white long wedding gown from the 1950's or early 60's designed for the BRIDE that likes simplicity. This wedding gown is made of a medium weight acetate tricot fabric with white lace trim big neckline both front [pearl accents] and back of gown. There is also accents of lace on the wide cuff and bottom of sleeve. The gown features a wide waistband; back bow; and a lining.
If you have a family member in the convent and is ready to be THE BRIDE OF CHRIST...this would be a perfect dress. My sister wore a similar one when she took her vows. Please Note: There is a coordinating juliet headpiece / veil in excellent condition listed separately in my shop.
One side of the back bow requires snaps. I just noticed a very faint. faint, faint surface mark which I did not notice when I photographed the gown under bright lights. I just lightly dabbed it with a spot of water and it got even lighter. You can barely see it standing at eye level. It is on the side of the waistband.
This wedding gown was dry cleaned after the wedding.
