I obtained this fabric when I was a Fabric Coordinator for the National Cotton Council here at the EMPIRE STATE building in NYC.
Wamsutta was a division of M. Lowenstein & Sons, a big mill in the 1960's but unfortunately, out of business like all the rest of the great US fabric companies.
The SAMPLE CUTS is what the apparel designers used to make sample garments.
The Mistaire Pucket fabric has a pucker [seersucker] in the wallpaper stripe. The dusty apricot color stripe and alternating bright gold stripe with floral wallpaper stripes in white and light gray with green stems. The fabric is soft and light weight 100% cotton....perfect for tops or pillows.
The fabric measures 2 yards 9" and it is 29" wide. The pucker process pulls in the fabric; that is why it is only 29" wide. ENJOY!
