EMILIO PUCCI had his heyday with his signature abstract prints in the 1960's. This tailored sheer silk fine crepe shirt and coordinating print straight wool skirt is from that era. He signed all of his textiles with both Pucci and Emilio Pucci..all over! Both the skirt and blouse bear his signature all over the garment in fine script.
The abstract print is colored in red, wine, rust, brown, and black & white. A coordinating abstract print in a small scale is sewn on the front covering the buttons and extends around the bottom of the shirt.
The label in the skirt indicates that it is a USA size 8. The skirt is a medium weight wool sateen. It buttons down the front with the same coordinating small scaled abstract design as the shirt. The skirt consists of 4 panels and each panel has the same border design extending down the side and along the hem. There are also 2 side slit pockets in the front of the skirt. The buttons are square MOP with an etched geometric pattern. There is an EMILIO PUCCI Firenze label on both garments. Both garments were made in Italy.
There is a USA size 10 indicated on the shirt label. Here are the measurements for the skirt: waist 30"; hips 40"; skirt 26" long. The shirt measurements are: bust 38"; shoulder to shoulder 18"; sleeves 24.5" and the length 25.5".
Both the Silk Blouse and Wool screen printed skirt are in excellent condition. There are no signs of spots, tears or pulls that I can see. ENJOY!
PLEASE NOTE: Blouse and skirt are sold separately at $200.00 each piece. They were formally $338.00 each piece.
