This is one of two hard to find Christmas Card Letters written from a man in NJ in 1915. The letter is written in German on lined paper and is 3 pages long. The lovely die-cut and gold embossed cover with a paper scrap of Jesus with a spray of flowers at his feet was printed in Germany. The printed message is in German which is: Meinen Herzlichsten and at the foot: Gluckwunsch. At the top of the card is a red silk ribbon bow holding the card and letter together.
The Christmas Letter Card measures 8.5" tall x 5.5" wide. It is in mint condition. This was purchased from a person who was in the Vintage Paper business and now is retired. He stored his collection to perfection!
