The soft covered book was put out by the Consumer Products Division of Ball (the glass canning jar) in 1985. It has over 110 pages and is full of information on not only home canning but freezing and dehydration. The tips alone are interesting but lots and lots of recipes are included. Pickles & relishes, jellies and semi soft spreads, fruit juices and lots more.
