This is a wonderful illustrated book from photographs collected by the author. The book is a "brief account of an excursion through Scandinavia and Russia, by which the writer hopes to aid the intending traveler in selecting what he should see and what avoid in passing through northern Europe". Some of the pictures included in this book are of Siljan, Sweden, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Selo Russia, Norway, and Finland. The book is a little over 60 pages and is fair to good condition. All pages are sound except for one, the title page – but it is still there. The boards are green cloth. The book has a salutation that is hand written "With the Author's Compliments – New York – 1908.
