Every little girl wanted to be a prima ballerina in the mid-century era. This scarf is such a wonderful example of the style back then. It is silk and rayon with hand rolled edges. The tag also says 6 ¼ MOMME . . not sure what that stands for but it was also made in Japan. The swirling ballerinas almost look like flowers. The scarf has a different color pallet of muted lime green and melon orange with some tan browns and blue grays. Check out the pictures to get a better idea of this treasure. Overall size is 27 ½” x 28”.
