This is a droopy, sad-eyed puppy dog made in very heavy, shiny glass by Federal Glass Company, originally as a candy holder. It stands 3” high x 1 7/8” wide x 2 5/8” deep. The body (which held the candy) is hollow, but the head is solid. All surfaces are smooth, shiny and clean.

The piece is unmarked, as the label, which would have sealed in the candy at the bottom, is long gone. The condition is excellent with no chips, scratches or stains and no discoloration of the glass.

Very sweet; would make a cute little paperweight.
