Beatrix Potter writes, “Cecily Parsley lived in a pen, and brewed good ale for gentlemen…” And here is Cecily preparing to brew a batch as she pours one of her ingredients from her apron into a large pail. The ingredient? Hops, of course!
Cecily Parsley is a lovely brown rabbit who wears a long blue dress and a long white apron tied in a little bow at the back, above her large white tail. This fetching Beswick porcelain figurine is mounted on a straw colored base and measures 3 ¾” tall x 3” long. It is BP3b made from 1974-1985, in excellent condition with no flaws, no damage and no crazing.
