Vibrant transparent colors of pink and yellow combine from some angles to make orange, so this bangle looks different depending on how you look at it. It measures 15/16 inch by 1/4 inch, with an opening of 2 1/2 inches across. The condition is very good.
Made by the Best Plastic Co. in the 1960s in Providence, RI. This company is featured in the book "Plastic Bangles," which I wrote with Lyn Tortoriello (Schiffer 2005). We were lucky enough to tour the factory and see the machines used to extrude, shaped, and tumbled these bangles.
