These earrings date to the mid-1980s and were originally fairly pricey but I don't know who made them. They each feature an astonishing "headlight" rhinestone that shows shades of lavender and blue, depending on the angle. The top parts with the rhinestones measure 7/8 inch across and are more than 1/2 inch thick. The dangle is about an inch in length. The only thing to report is a few tiny chips on the table edge of the rhinestones that in no way diminish their brilliance.
If you want to wear the rhinestones alone, it is very easy to detach the dangles temporarily with a pair of needle-nose pliers. They can be put back on with no damage to the earrings.
