This is an old Thompson’s “Double Malted” Malted Milk tin. This was a Sweetened, Chocolate Flavored Malted Milk made by The Borden Co. of New York. The tin has sharp but simple graphics on the front panel. One panel has gives all of the benefits of using the product and the other panel has directions and recipes. The 1 lb. tin has a pry out lid. I believe it is probably from the 1940’s - 1950’s.

It measures about 5 3/8” high and 3 3/8” in diameter in it is in very nice condition with good color and gloss, minimal scratch wear and a few dents.
