This is an old high ball glass advertising Carstairs White Seal Blended Whiskey. It aptly has the white seal and red ball logo all the way around the glass with the name on one side only. At the bottom it reads; Blended Whiskey 86 Proof - 72% Grain Neutral Spirits - Carstairs Bros. Distilling C., Inc. N.Y.C..

It measures about 5 1/8" tall and 2 3/4" in diameter at the top. It is in very good condition with minimal wear.
