These old glass light shades are for a gas style fixture. The shades have vertical ridges and a scalloped edge. The shades are marked Holophane near the top edge. They have a metal fitter on the top which clips onto the top edge of the shade which isn’t really a rim. The rings don’t appear to be marked with a maker. I believe this is meant to be used upright on a gas fixture but the metal collars have a bit of a lip was it could probably be hung downward.
The inside diameter of the metal neck measures about 3”. The bottom diameter of the shades measures about 7” and it’s approximately 4” in overall height. They are in generally good condition with minimal wear. There are some small chips and roughness on the top edge of the glass which I would imagine is from the force of clipping the metal ring on.
