This old kitchen utensil was used to separate the egg white from the egg yolk. It is made of cast aluminum and made a difficult task easy. On the bottom side it reads; Westmark – W. Germany at one end and Dotti at the other end. I believe this device is from the mid 1950’s.
It measures about 5 ¼” in length by 3 ¼” wide and approximately 1 3/8” deep and it is in very good condition with minimal discoloration and wear.
