This old recipe booklet has The Borden Company mascot Elsie the Cow on the cover with her daughter Beulah. The two are promoting the magic recipes using Borden’s Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk. The 22 page booklet is full of recipes including beverages, candies, cookies, pies and ice cream plus a whole lot more, all using the sweet condensed milk. On the cover is a 1942 copyright by The Borden Company.

It measures about 6 ½” by 8 ¾” and is in nice but well used condition. The inside pages are mostly clean with light edge and corner wear and creases. The cover has the worst wear with creases, a few tears and minor soiling.
