This is the perfect accessory for an old bicycle. The Magic Eye Safety Mirror is housed in white rubber and attached to a metal arm. On the back it reads; Magic Eye Made In U.S.A. Pat. Pend. It comes with its original box which states; Unbreakable Rear-View Mirror for the Bike - STAYS PUT. The box has nice graphics of the mirror by itself and also shown attached to a bike. The same scene is on all four sides. It also comes with the original small brown bag with the mounting bracket and hardware.

The rubber is in very good condition and the mirror is not broken, crazed or otherwise damaged although it is a bit hazy. The box which is 9" long by 2 1/2" square is in nice condition with some wear. Most of the flaps of the box have been reinforced, partly with brown paper, and partly with tape, all on the inside so it doesn't show from the outside. There is a 1/2" tear on one side and general edge wear. In other words the box is not in perfect condition but it is nice and shows well.
