This old celluloid tape measure is in the form of a little Indian boy. The colorful little brave has wide eyes, a round figure and is wearing a full feathered headdress. He is holding a small tomahawk and is nicely detailed with fringe on the sides of his pants and pigtails down his back. On the back it is marked; Made in Japan and a logo with a "T" inside of an oval or circle. The white cloth tape pulls out from the side and it has inches on one side and centimeters on the other and is marked Japan.

It measures about 2 ½” tall and it is in very good condition with minimal wear. There is a little fleck of missing paint on his nose, between his eye that appears as a white spot. The tape pulls out and retracts well with very minimal wear.
