This sweet little baby isn’t having a good day. The figure resembles a Kewpie with pointed tufts of hair and the little blue wings. The little tot is holding his right foot with his right hand and is about to suck his left thumb to ease the obvious discomfort. Big crocodile tears sit on the cheeks of his pouting face. Across the front of the base it reads; September. On the bottom it is marked; F612. It is probably a Norcrest piece, made in Japan in the 1960’s or 1970’s.

It measures about 3 3/8” tall and is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
