This silver ring is set with a very attractive piece of turquoise. The stone is rather free form and the color is a rich greenish blue. It is bezel set with a twisted rope edge and it has a split shank. Along one edge near the bezel there is some dark color which is either matrix of the natural stone or possibly a filler. The band is not marked but has been tested to be Sterling Silver. This was purchased from The Kiva in Ketchum Idaho in the early 1970’s.
It measures about a 5 3/4 on my ring mandrel. It is in good condition with no noted damage and minimal wear.
