This is an old charm featuring Elsie the Borden Cow. Her tiny face is made of plastic and across her neck it reads; ELSIE. I believe it is probably from the 1940's and would be a fun addition to a child's charm bracelet or sewn onto something.

It measures about 5/8" in length and only 1/4" across the ears and it is in nice condition.
