This is a used, soft cover reference book titled Price Guide to Old Electric Toasters. This older book is an interesting read and invaluable reference for collectors of innovative toasters of the past, in particular 1908 through the 1930’s which is the primary focus. It is full black and white photos, historic and patent information and prices, albeit the prices maybe out dated. It includes turners and floppers, perchers and pinchers, swingers and sidewinders and other fun and interesting gadgets used to toast bread. Although I don’t find it in the book I believe the authors name is Howard Hazelcorn. It was published by H.J.H Publications of New Jersey and although I don’t find a publication date I believe it is probably from the 1970’s – 1980’s. The prices may not be current but this is still an excellent reference guide with regards to rarity and documentation.
The paperback measures about 8 3/8” by 10 7/8” by ¼” and is in good condition. The pages are crisp and clean with minimal wear and the spine is generally tight. There is a break in the spine at pages 10-11. The cover has minor edge and corner wear and light scuffing. The word "Toasters" has been written on the spine.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
