The top of this looks like a paperweight size celluloid mirror or an old record duster but on the back is a bristled clothes brush. The celluloid is cream with red and black, deco styled graphics with a high rise building. It reads; In San Francisco - Hotel Empire is a fine Hotel. I believe this was from the late 1940's or early 1950's when the hotel was quite popular. Along the edge it reads; Parisian Novelty Co. Chicago - Pat. 9-9-1924.
It measures about 3 7/16” in diameter by just over 1” thick. The celluloid is in fairly good condition with light scuff and scratch wear. There is a small blemish toward the lower right near the edge and a little discoloration around the outer edge od the celluloid. There is paint wear to the metal band and the bristles of the brush are in fair, used condition with some bristle loss.
