This old novelty salt and pepper set is fashioned after the soft serve ice cream cones served at Dairy Queen. The ice cream is shown in the realistic Safe-T Cup cones and both have the iconic curled peak. One is standard vanilla and the other looks like a chocolate dip. The ice cream portion has a high glaze and the cone is a matte finish. Both shakers have three holes and they have rubber stoppers in the bottom. They come in what appears to be the original box with is plain cardboard with brown tape side panels of the box have cute, cartoon like graphics. I believe this set is from the 1960's or 1970's.
They measure about 4” high and the base 1 ¼”” in diameter at the bottom. They are in very good condition with almost no wear and no damage. The plain box measures about 4 ¼” wide by 4 5/8” high by 2” deep and it is in good condition even though there is no advertising or information on it.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
