This old piece of pottery was made in Tonala Mexico which is near Guadalajara. The jug has straight sides tapering at the top with a small round handle at the neck. A cork probably went in the opening. It has a tan ground with a stylized floral design in dark brown, blue, black and pale green. The glaze is high gloss. On the bottom it appears to be marked; TONALA JAL MEXICO with a mark that maybe a signature and a number that appears to be 368.
It measures about 6 ¾ high by about 3 1/8” in diameter at the bottom and it is in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
