This old copper colored metal is a Track and Field Meet medal from Greater Peoria. On the front is a nicely detailed picture of a man, arms out stretched with a ribbon across his chest. To the side is the state of Illinois with an enameled heart with Peoria in the center of it. The back is engraved; Broad Jump, and lightly scribed is; 1st. At the bottom it has the company name of Josten but I can't make out the word below it. It hangs from an old red ribbon with a pin on the top back side.
It measures about 1 3/16" in diameter and is in nice condition with light wear. It has some dark spots and scratches on the back and there is a hole in the middle of the ribbon.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
