This small, old, pocket knife is advertising the Chapman Company of Arizona-Utah-Idaho-Nevada. The slaps appears to be a mother-of-pearl plastic set in polished, white metal. One end has a small, standard blade. It has a crown logo and reads; Imperial - Prov. R.I. U.S.A.. The blade on the other end is ribbed clear across on one side and has two ridged lines on the other side, basically fingernail files. That blade is marked; Imperial - Stainless - U.S.A.. The advertising is on one side only.
It measures about 2 ¼” long in the closed position and about 5 7/16“ with both blades extended. It is in nice condition with minor wear. It does not appear that the blade is very sharp or has ever been sharpened.
