This is a lovely old ring with four, faceted, amber colored citrine set in 10k yellow gold and enhanced with a small diamond. The oval citrine are prong set and in a diamond formation. In the center, set in white gold with four prongs is a little diamond. The mounting sets high on the finger which allows light to shine through and accentuate the rich tones of the citrine. Inside the band it is marked 10k and SA (probably the maker’s mark). I believe this is from the 1930’s.
The ring measures a size 9 according to my ring mandrel. Each stone measures about 6mm by 7mm and the diamond is about 2pts. The ring is in nice vintage condition and was apparently worn often. The top facets of the citrines show wear but I see no damage and the mounting is in good condition.
