This pretty little cream and sugar set is made of white china with delicate features and gold trim. The handles on both pieces are formed from the neck of white swans with their gold beaks down to their chests and wings spread wide. The rest of the embossed and painted design appears to be pink water lily flowers and a cattail among slender leaves. A small swan seems to be floating on the pale blue ground of the lid. The top and bottom edge of both pieces are enhanced with gold trim. On the bottom these are marked with a logo and; F.W.W. Japan. These are probably from the 1940’s -1950’s.
The creamer measures about 2 3/8” high at the top of the spout and the sugar bowl measures about 3 3/8” high to the top of the lid. Both are in very good condition with minimal wear and no damage.
