This beautiful bride is made of hard plastic and was made by the Duchess Doll Corporation. She’s dressed in her original white bridal gown and net veil. A wide ribbon with gold trim acts as the bodice of the dress and the bottom edge of the dress is trimmed with shiny silver thread. She has a ribbon tied around her wrist that also holds the pink flower bouquet. She has her original black and white print panties and “crinoline” like half slip, both stapled on. Her hair is auburn and she has blue sleep eyes with large painted eyelashes. She is stiff legged with painted shoes but her head and arms are jointed. I believe she is the #709 Bride from the Doll of All Nations series and that she’s from the 1950’s.
She measures about 7 ½” tall but her veil sticks up about 1 ½” and she’s in very good condition with minimally mussed hair and crisp, unsoiled clothes.
