This old blue and white paper envelope of 25 steel needles is for playing 78 records on phonographs like Victrolas. Unlike most steel needles these were apparently good for 12 plays each. On the front is the name "PFANSTIEHL" with a logo to one side. It also says; Swiss Steel Phonograph Needles - 25 for 25c. On the back flap of the envelope it says; 12 or More Plays Per Needle. The rest of the back of the envelope says; Made in Switzerland For PFANSTIEHL Chemical Corp. Waukegan, Ill. U.S.A., Printed in U.S.A.. They are sealed and stapled closed and I believe they are from the 1930's - 1940's.

The packet measures about 2 ¾” by 1 ¾” wide and is in unopened, very good condition.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
