This covered casserole dish was made by the Frankoma Potteries of Oklahoma. It is the Plainsman pattern which was originally introduced in 1948 as the Oklahoma. I believe this is their Brown Satin glaze over the red Sapulpa clay. It is called their open handled 2qt. Baker and on the bottom it is stamped with the Frankoma name and the design number 5V.
It measures about 10 1/2" handle to handle and 5" tall to the top of the knob on the lid. It has no damage and is in very good condition with minimal wear.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
