This is an old brochure with more than 20 pages boasting the benefits and accommodations of traveling on a Pullman train. Most of the pages are devoted to showing and explaining the different rooms and compartments that were available. Carroll R. Harding, President of the Pullman Co. essentially wanted to offer travel with the conveniences of a fine hotel on wheels. The 8” by 8 7/8” booklet is made to fold in half being almost the size of a travel map and it features the saying; Go Pullman for travel at its best by day…by night. It is a nice souvenir of train travel in the United States. I believe this is from the late 1940’s early 1950’s.
It is in very nice, clean condition with minimal crease, edge and corner wear.
