This is an old hand painted porcelain half doll from Germany. She has short bobbed black hair and a simply painted face. She’s wearing a light blue bodice and she has a dark blue beaded choker and a dark blue arm band. Her hands are holding the stems of a floral bouquet of yellow and orange flowers. At her lower back it is incised Germany and a number which appears to be 1556. There are four holes at her waist for her to be sewn to a pincushion dress. I believe she is from the 1920’s.
She measures about a little more than 3 ¼” tall and the base measures about 1 1/8” in diameter. She is in very nice condition with minimal paint wear and no damage.
