This is the old sheet music General Pershing One Step (March or Two Step). The cover has a photo of the World War I general, John J. Black Jack Pershing. The edges are made to emulate an ornate picture frame with eagles on either side. The music was written by Carl D. Vendersloot and it was published by Vandersloot Music Co. of Williamsport, Pennsylvania with a 1918 copyright date.
This is the large format measuring about 10 5/8” by 13 ¾”. It is complete, in fairy good, used condition with creases, small tears and edge wear. The selling stores name is stamped on the front cover.
