This old box once held Du Barry Face Power by Richard Hudnut of New York & Paris. The oval box is decorative with the portrait of a woman in what would appear to be a powdered wig and low cut dress. On the bottom is information about powder including the color. The inside is empty with only the remnants of the inner cellophane cover.
It measures about 4” by about 3 1/8” by 1 1/8” high and is in nice condition with light scuff wear on the lid and edge and minor soiling to the bottom.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
