This is an old two piece tractor trailer made of tin. The cab of the truck has an attached front grill and bumper. I believe the detachable trailer is considered an open top stock trailer. It is bright orange with a little tailgate that opens and closes for loading the livestock. The truck has rubber tires with metal hubcaps and a working friction motor. It is stamped; Japan on bottom of the cab and the rear of the truck has a license plate that reads; S-2023 - Japan. I believe this was made in the 1950’s - early 1960’s by a Japanese toy company that uses a mountain logo with the letters; S.S.S.
The overall length with the two pieces attached measures about 5 5/8” from bumper to bumper and the trailer measures about 2 ¼” high and 1 ¾” wide at the rear. Overall it is in very good condition with nice glossy paint and minimal wear. There is a little orange peel to the surface of the paint on the cab which is a manufacturing flaw.
