This old medical tin once contained 30 laxative tablets that supposedly tasted like candy and were to be chewed like candy. The tin is triangular with hinged lid and the price of 25cts for the 30 tablets is printed on the front. On the back is a testimonial about the laxative and the inside of the lid has the directions. These were from the Owl Drug Company of San Francisco, Los Angeles, New York & Chicago..

The empty tin measures about 2 ¼” by 2 ¼” by ¾” thick. It is in nice condition with good gloss. It has some paint loss along the edges and minimal wear. The side shows the most paint loss and soiling.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
