This old game box once held a Puzzle Peg board and pegs. On the lid is a wise old owl asking; Can YOU Solve It? The object of the game is similar to that of checkers except you were to only move in a straight line and leave one peg remaining at the end of the game in the center hole. It’s funny that the directions tell you how to win the game more easily by not playing by the rules! It was made by Lubbers & Bell Mfg. Co. of Clinton, Iowa.

This is the box only which measures about 6 5/8” square by 1 ¼” deep. It is in fairly nice condition with light scuff wear, soiling and creases. The lower right corner has a little tear.

The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
