The cartoon character Popeye shows his muscles on this old red catalin pencil sharpener. The bottom edge reads; 1929 King Features Syndicate. There is a metal blade screwed into the slot on the back and the hole for the pencil is on the side. It measures about 1 ¾” high by 1 1/8” wide by 7/16” thick. The catalin has minimal wear and the decal is in fairly good condition with some edge roughness and tiny surface bubbles. The worst wear is on the hat.
