This is an old set of six small metal trays with a pretty floral pattern that resembles old toleware painting. The stacking trays are made like the folding table trays of the 1950’s but these are quite small and may have been used as individual snack trays for a bridge party or the like. The colorful flowers decorate the center and the outer edge of the black tray is enhanced with gold scrolls. The backs are painted gray. These could be fun trays for a dollhouse as either a decoration or a tea party. Priced and sold as the set of six (6).
Each tray measures about 4 5/8” by 6 5/8” are in fairly nice condition. They show well but there is some under paint webbing cause from poor preparation of the metal prior to painting. This appears on most of the trays and can be seen in certain lighting and angles. The condition has been taken into consideration in the pricing.
The pictures are not shown at actual size. Please refer to the description for actual measurements.
