This old silver plated feeding spoon is beautifully detailed and includes the emblem of the Daughters of Rebekah. The shaft has flowers and scrolls with places for engraving the record of birth and there is a stork at the base just above the bowl. At the top is the enameled emblem with the crescent moon, seven stars, dove, tiny flower, three rings and interlocked DR. The spoon has not been engraved. The back of the handle has the hallmark of an eagle, WM. ROGERS and star which was the mark for flatware by William Rogers. Jr. as well as the boxed I S for International Silver Company.
It measures about 4” long and is in very nice condition with minimal wear to the plating and no damage to the enamel.
